I love it!!
I have always loved writing letters and was gifted this wax seal a few years ago (with my first name initial). It is one of my favorite gifts I've ever received, and I use it any chance I get. Last year, I got married and I wanted a wax seal with my new last name initial. The person who gifted me the first wax seal couldn't remember where she got it, and every time I looked online to buy a new stamp, I wasn't impressed with the options (because I love my first one so much). They all seemed to have flimsy or super plain handles, or too-simple/boring designs on the seal, or something else that I just didn't love when comparing it to the one I already had. I especially loved the sturdy, pretty design of the handle on the stamp I already had. Finally, after a year of occasionally browsing the internet in hopes of finding the same stamp (with the new letter), I found it! And it was this, Letter Seal's "Italian Bold Initial Wax Seal Stamp'. I ordered it immediately and have already started using it. It arrived timely, packaged in tissue paper and in a little mesh bag. I store my first wax seal in the bag it came in, and plan on doing that with this one as well. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Letter Seals and their products. It makes a perfect gift for the snail-mail lover friend or family member, or even for yourself! I love it!!
Shipment and quality of product
I was very surprised at how quickly my product came and the quality was exquisite. I was very pleased. During the process I realized I ordered the wrong seal. I requested to stop the order and get the right one. Karen said it was on its way already but would send out another right away and trusted me to send the other back. I got the 2nd one 2 days later with a return envelope from the order I ******* up! Not only that, she also had a very personal touch to it. It was wrapped very pretty and had a small bag of sweets with it. I was very impressed and they will always have my business. And YES, I returned the product as promised. Very greatful, Robin
