We want you to love what you order. If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery — no hassle, no stress.
Returning an item is simple:

Use our Return Portal to quickly create a prepaid shipping label (for U.S. orders). The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Or feel free to use your own shipping method — whichever works best for you.
Please make sure items are returned in their original, unused condition, and securely packed to avoid damage. Items broken in transit due to poor packaging can’t be refunded — we want your return to arrive safe and sound!
