Shipping

We ship daily from our Seattle area studio via your selected method of shipping.

We ship in the US with USPS & UPS, and internationally with Postal, UPS, and DHL methods.

Shipping of our regular stock items typically takes us 1-2 days to get on the way, and our made to order stamps require an additional day to engrave.

We ship with plastic free recyclable, or recycled plastic, materials.
Any new shipping materials and product packaging we purchase are 100% recyclable and plastic free.  We established a shipping re-use program in our neighborhood, and accept and reuse cardboard boxes, plastic film air-bubbles, bubble wrap and those Amazon bubble envelopes. 

We reuse clean and intact materials as they are more than a single use disposable item, and give them extended life by keeping them out of the landfill waste cycle.  If you do receive any of these materials, we hope you can also reuse them, or recycle plastic film with the plastic bag recycle program found at many grocery stores. 

Delivery Policy: Once your package has been delivered to the shipping address you provided, both our company and the carrier are no longer liable for its safety. This means that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.  Your credit card used for purchase may have a theft or damage clause that can be triggered if needed.

Preventing Theft: To help prevent theft and ensure your package is delivered directly to you, we strongly recommend selecting the "Signature Required" option at checkout. This option ensures that your package will not be left unattended and will only be delivered once it has been signed for by you or an authorized person.
