The letter seal and Italian stationary that I ordered arrived quickly, was gift boxed and gorgeous. I matched the rich colors you offered to the persons they were gifted to. It makes for a unique and thoughtful present in a day and age where everything is texted or typed. Our daughters loved it!

I did not use the stamp myself, but my girlfriend was very happy to receive it. It was in a pretty box, nice presentation. I had requested that the sender and contents be hidden so I could surprise her. They did not do this and there was a wax stamp on the outside of the box. While normally this would be cool to receive, I did not appreciate the stamp on the outside because it ruined the surprise of what was inside. Other than this, I was very happy with the quick delivery and nice presentation.

I absolutely adore my very own seal. It's beautiful and romantic to identify and secure my letters so elegantly. The colors of the jewelled wax wicks I used with it are rich and lovely, and the wicks are incredibly easy to use. The pleasure of creating a seal of my initial has led me to begin letter correspondences with three friends around the world with whom I had previously lost contact. They were absolutely delighted to receive the letter stamped with the gorgeous seal. Another friend with whom I correspond regularly begged me to tell him where I got my seals. Initially I only bought two wicks, but I was so delighted that I went back and bought four more. Everything was high quality and affordable. I am beyond delighted with my purchase!

for some reason the post office took forever to get my delivery shipped. I had ordered 10 wax sticks but only received 9. That was not a big deal. I also got some nice gummy bears that I had to give away because I am diabetic, but the sellers did not know.

Almost everything was perfect. The custom design was easy to use and it arrived as scheduled. The only thing that might have been different is the wax color. I might've order what I got but I thought it would've been a little darker red. But I'm not picky.

I love the Trim wax seal and the intial handle I purchased ! Worked wonderfully . My cards looked beautiful as well as my package . Plan on ordering more . Service and delivary time was fast :)
