Poor quality
I ordered the letter "I" with some swirls at the top and bottom. The swirls are too faint to make an impression and the letter has a defect - there is a piece of metal separating the "I" so that after stamping in the wax it looks like two dashes. Very disappointed:(

Great product!
I love using this seal! The metal on the owl does bend but other than that it is a great product!
