Order Turnaround

We work to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of placement.
We ship orders Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
If an order is placed with us on a Friday, we will be able to ship the order Monday morning.
Orders placed Friday with Next Day Air options will ship Monday morning and be delivered Tuesday.
If an order has a "made to order" item included (noted with * in product name),
these orders will ship within the time frame for production noted on each of these product pages.






International Shipments

We are happy to ship to any country out the US.

Shipping methods and prices are dependent on the services available to your shipping address,
and the weight of the shipment.
Once items are placed into the shopping cart, and the shipping address
is entered at the first stage of checkout,
all shipping options and costs will be made available for review/selection.



Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept
a return of unused, non custom* items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original product packaging (if any).

Once your return is received in our studio (usually within 72 hours of receipt),
we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card
or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
